Adina

Adina’s three albums (Here You Are, Just a Girl, and Songs for Two) reflect the expanse of her diverse vocal and songwriting capabilities in Pop, Country, Jazz/Cabaret, and Adult Contemporary.  Her anthem “Just a Girl” gained worldwide radio attention and “Pray for You” became a source of comfort for those missing loved ones who are far from home.

Hailing from New York -- the heart of the music industry -- Adina has performed in numerous musical theater productions as a vocalist,  dancer, and actress (most often as a principal),  special events, television and radio (including voiceover) and high profile venues.  Residing in Israel, she has been called on to perform for prestigious State events, including performing the “Star Spangled Banner” for former US President Barack Obama during his historic visit to Israel.  She has produced three of her own critically-acclaimed shows: A Tribute to New York, Coming Home, and Collage of a Woman.

As a choreographer and a vocal coach, Adina is the Director of the Performance major at Ono Academic College, where she also teaches advanced courses and directs the acclaimed Glee Ensemble.  She also served on the faculty of the Hebrew University and the Rubin Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem, and has worked for many years with Michael Berl as choreographer of Beit Hillel Theater.  She also serves as an instructor to many private students, and conducts workshops and teaching residency courses.

Adina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre-Dance and a Master of Arts in Dance Education from New York University.  She is currently pursuing her Education Doctorate from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
